If you are looking for personal, attentive care for your horse in an tranquil and nurturing environment, please consider our boarding barn for your horse’s needs.
Our horses spend 8 hours on turnout during winter/spring days on spacious paddocks with 3-4 compatible, same-sex herd mates. All paddocks have a large shelter, safe fencing and access to heated water. Stall accommodations are 12 x12 with windows and rubber-matted floors. Pastured horses have a private paddock with shelter overnight. Summer and fall brings grass grazing in large, rotated pastures and longer turnout hours. If you prefer private turnout, we can offer that also.
Horses are grained twice daily and hayed 4 times per day. We offer quality (small squares) grass and alfalfa mix hay from local farmers and a variety of feed/grain options. Supplements and blanketing are happily provided at no charge. Horses checked and observed 4 times per day.
We also want our horses’ owners to be just as happy as their horse so we offer many amenities for your enjoyment. Well-lite, indoor arena with dust-free footing, large outdoor arena with both dressage ring and jumping lanes, on-site riding trail, stadium jumps, small XC jumping field, obstacles for desensitizing, training pen, hot- water wash stall, heated/dehumidified lounge/tack room, plenty of storage and free trailer parking.
Our barn has a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with a fun and supportive community of riders. We are mostly dressage and jumping enthusiasts but all disciplines welcome. For those who enjoy social activities, you can join in our group trail rides and barn parties. If you prefer solitude, the barn and arenas have many “quiet” hours during day and evening. You may bring in your own trainer or use instructors who frequent our barn.
We are located just west of Watertown, next to the Luce Line riding trail and near Carver and Rebecca parks. Our rates are a great value at $500 per stall and $350 for pasture board. We understand that owning a horse is an expensive endeavor so if you wish to work off your board, we have options available for that as well.
