SS. Peter & Paul Parish is recognized by the Archdiocese of Detroit as a "national" parish, i.e., not conformed by geographic boundaries or zip codes, in that the parish was established based on the predominant language of founding parishioners, in this case, the Polish language. For more than 80 years, 8 masses were celebrated on weekends, 2 mass vigils on Saturdays (4:30 pm and 6:00 pm) and 6 masses on Sundays (6:00 am Resurrection; 7:30 am; 9:00 am; 10:00 am: Polish upstairs and English downstairs church; 12:00 pm). Today, mass is celebrated at 4:30 pm on Saturdays and 9:00 am, 10:30 am-Polish and 12:00 pm-English on Sundays. A Tridentine Mass, celebrated in the Old Order, or pre-Vatican custom, is celebrated about 4 times per year, at various mass times.
