Altered Church

Altered Church is a church unlike any other. A church committed to helping ALL people experience the joy of Christ. A Church reaching out to ALL people in our communities. A church empowering ALL people to make an impact in the world.

Altered Church is a new church that "Launched" in September of 2016.


Altered Church will adhere to the following values with passion and excellence:

1. Biblical instruction- The Bible reveals God’s nature and purpose for mankind. The Bible tells us how we can be restored to God through His Son and how He will eventually restore all of Creation. The Bible guides us and provides for us a blueprint to live a life of love for God and others. We believe in the inerrancy of the Bible and submit fully to its authority over our lives.

2. Worship & Prayer- God desires our love and worship. We worship individually and as a community to express God’s worth through acts of love and adoration. Prayer is a special act of worship where we listen for God's purpose and will, express our thankfulness, and bring our needs before Him with confidence. Prayer demonstrates our trust and reliance on God to hear the voice of His Church and act on our behalf.

3. Compassion- We model the limitless compassion demonstrated in the ministry of Jesus. Loving ALL people with radical acts of service and kindness. We are an encouraging church that welcomes and serves all people trusting that the Holy Spirit will use our acts of love to draw people into a saving relationship with Jesus.

4. Relationships- Relationships are important to God and it is in the context of relationships where human beings find the most joy. We are committed to building relationships so that ALL people can feel the joy of belonging to God’s family.

5. Creative Relevance- We serve a creative God, so we use innovation to engage and captivate. Creativity challenges us to reach people and share the Gospel contextually in the communities where we minister.

6. Multiplication- The church is commanded to multiply. We are passionate about creating new disciples, leaders, and churches; locally, regionally, and globally so each congregation of believers can have an impact on the world for Jesus Christ.
