Located in the downtown Lawton area off Avenue A, our goal at Alternative Therapeutic Body Care (ATBC) is to focus on integrative methods and take a holistic approach to achieve blance to your mind, body and soul.

All our staff are highly qualified trained therapist who are skilled in helping with issues such as neck and back pain, migraines, knee, hip and shoulder issues, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, lymphatic drainage, stress, anxiety and tension release.

We offer various modalities of massage: Swedish, Hot Stone, Deep Tissue, Sports, Reflexology, Lymph Drainage, Cupping, Pre-Natal, and Infant Massage. We can also implement stretching techniques and Aroma Therapy Oil blending to help alleviate stress, anxiety, illness and pain in your daily life.

Any one of our Spa treatments can be added on to a full body work time of thirty, sixty, ninety minutes or two hour massage; or can be a stand alone service to help relax your mind, body and soul.
