The menu was developed under the direction of celebrated chef, Iliana de la Vega (Restaurante El Naranjo – Oaxaca, Mexico and Austin, Texas) with the intent to utilize the local bounty of the Pacific Northwest.
An innovative beverage program showcases and highlights both tequila and mezcal, offering pairings that will delight the palate of locals and tourists.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, as well as weekend brunch.
