The Alzheimer's Association Greater East Ohio Area Chapter serves families in 17 counties in Ohio, helping families and caregivers learn about the disease, gain an understanding of the many challenges memory loss presents, and receive emotional support.
From offices in Hudson, Canton and Canfield, our chapter provides programs and services to the 60,000 people living with Alzheimer’s disease, and an additional 250,000 people affected through their role as caregivers.
The Greater East Ohio Area Chapter serves the largest prevalence of people with Alzheimer’s disease in the state of Ohio. Our service area covers: Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Holmes, Jefferson, Mahoning, Medina, Muskingum, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas and Wayne counties.
