I specialize in historic home restoration, I will bring your historic home back to it's former glory restoring original mortice lock-sets and hardware, milling custom trim to match the original, skim coating plaster, full prime interior and exterior paint work to last for years, hardwood floor repairs and refinishing...all while making it's infrastructure modern, ecologically and economically functional, tank-less instant hot water, electrical systems, state of the art hydronic multiple zone heating with my own ultra economical hot water storage system for oil fired boilers with tank-less hot water coils (it's a secret so I won't divulge more information!). I build custom bars too... from start to finish, any kind of design you can think of I can make it happen for you! From selecting and cutting down the tree and hauling it to the mill to the last coat of poly, it's all about having that one of a kind bar you can feel proud to serve a guest drinks at.
