Hey guys! My name is Amy, I'm so happy to have you here. I've spent the past three years getting fit and healthy, but it wasn't easy. Like most people on their fitness journey, I had a few ups and downs. Learned I had a food allergy to gluten which caused my weight to go up and down. Which I finally have under control now. Also had a baby, gained a ton of weight, and lost it all due to some hardcore lifting. Now I am currently putting together a fitness program and studying to be licensed personal trainer.
