Amber Langbehn Realtor

Amber Langbehn is the first to receive the "Blue Vase Award" at Shepherd Realty Group in Riverside, Ca. Always going that extra step above and beyond for her clients, family, and friends. She received this award because of her countless efforts to fight for her clients and never give up. When faced with hurdles, hoops, and walls, she does not break under pressure or let anything stop her. The specific transaction that won her this award was one of the most challenging a REALTOR will face. Her Broker stated "Most Agents would have given up". Amber said " I am not a quitter and what doesn't kill me only makes me stronger". She may have had to jump and fight her way through a few obstacles but she kept her word to help her clients no matter what. She is definitely not afraid of a challenge.
Amber attended Jurupa Valley High School from 1996 to 2000. During that time she was actively involved in The J.V.H.S Choir department. She then went on to Graduate from Riverside Community College being the first to graduate in her immediate family. She is known in her home town of Jurupa Valley, Ca for her work ethic and involvement within the community. Sharing her time serving and volunteering within the city. She is a sponsor for the J.V.H.S Choir department, and is involved with the Jurupa Valley City Clean up. She also volunteers with the Jurupa Valley Adopt a Family program and is involved with multiple cancer teams/fundraisers within the community. Amber also volunteers in Riverside as well. In 2015 she volunteered for the Riverside Veterans day parade.
Amber started in the RE industry, assisting at the very young age of 12. While spending time visiting her Aunt (a Top Producer in Orange County) on the weekends in Huntington Beach. She began helping her pass out open house flyers and watching her in the business. Then Amber at 21 assisted the Top Producer with her filing. Years later she received a management position in the short sale department working for Top Producer WynDee Stone-Swartz whom has been a REALTOR in Orange County for over 23 years.
In 2014 Amber relocated back to the Riverside area and immediately started working for Mr. Doug Shepherd at Shepherd Realty Group. Over the last few years In her Real Estate career she has participated in closing of over 100 transactions. In Amber's free time she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, social events and gatherings, as well as volunteering and doing arts,crafts, and diy projects with her loved ones.
