Thank you for choosing me to capture these amazing moments for you!! Here are a few tidbits about my company and a few things you may need to know.

All photos taken by Amber Renee Photography belong to me and can be used in advertisement by myself, the owner, to promote my business.

I keep your photos on my business computer and/or dropbox file for 30 days after you receive your disc from me. If you do not contact me within 30 days for a replacement disc your photos will be lost. Please remember to save them to a computer of your own. Every disc after the original costs $5.

All deposits are non-refundable. Any pre sales are non-refundable also, including special events and BOGO deals.

Payment is due the day of your appointment. I prefer cash but will accept payment by check with license number written on it. Any returned checks incur a $50 bounce fee.

I will travel to you for an additional fee.
