Our Mission: Ambitious Fitness is a family owned and operated business. As a part of Ambitious Fitness, Crossfit NDO will be providing a more effective method of training. Crossfit is a method of fitness that uses functional, loaded, and varied movements at a high rate of performance,all while using proper technique. It combines strength, flexibility , gymnastic type movements. These techniques will allow us to get the most benefits a workout has to offer.

When people visit Crossfit NDO, they will become part of a community that has common goals which will lead to a more healthy and active lifestyle. In addition to Crossfit, Ambitious Fitness will provide all the benefits of having a personal trainer, used in our small group classes, as well as large scale and one on one training for clients, all at a reduced price.
