We offer a variety of services including physician supervised weight loss program with the BEST PRICES, in office EKG's, labs, DOT physicals, Opioid Addiction Program. We now have an in-house Skin Therapist.

Weight loss Prices:
Initial Visit: $50
Monthly Visit: $30

We have Lipo injections:
Single- 1cc: $17
Double- 2cc: $32

We do have Phentermine: $20
