The primary intent of this yoga studio and Rouben is to create a safe and supportive space for practitioners and members of the community to experience self-acceptance, inner strength, harmony of the breath and a sense of inner calm that will cultivate trust in their own intuition; and create a reconnection to the inherent freedom of body, mind and spirit.

Our yoga studio is a safe, clean, warm, fun and welcoming haven that supports practitioners to go deep in multi-level yoga styles, meditation and bodyworks. It is an inviting space that allows you to tap into the core of your strength, breath and spirit; in time cultivating a more conscious existence.

The studio is located in the heart of Amemia NY, right off route 22 one mile south of route 44 minutes from Sharon and Kent CT, Millerton and Millbrook NY and forty minute drive from Great Barrington MA.

The studio is suited for many different styles of yoga and has a yoga wall that can be used for therapeutic yoga suited for equestrians, golfers joggers or anyone else that may suffer from low back tension and discomfort. The space is suited for private, semi private and large group classes. There is a large fire place that is used during the cold winter months and lovely large windows that are open to a lushes landscape of Amenia.

The studio is also minutes away from a beautiful hiking and biking path and many farms for fresh greens and those who enjoy horse back ridding. Those with discriminative pallets can walk to one of the best restaurants in Hudson Valley Serevan.com .
