Our 2nd package which includes Ancillary services, telemedicine, diabetic supplies and hospital advocate. The NON medical discounts include Home DePot, Dell Sprint and JC Penny Portraits. This Package is only $25/mo for entire household. If you choose to have our compete Health Package by combining the Dental Plus and the Med Plus for your entire household up to 20 people it is only $49/mo.
