The American Airpower museum is a non profit 501C3 aviation museum and educational foundation chartered by the State of New York based at Republic Airport in Farmingdale,NY. Once the home of Republic Aviation and where such legendary aircraft as the P-47, F-84, F-105, and A-10 were designed and built. The area is rich in aviation history as names such as Fairchild, Grumman, and Seversky once called our Farmingdale location home in the golden age of aviation. We have a collection flying aircraft that include the P-47, P-40, FG-1D Corsair, B-25, C-47, TBM-3, AT-6, WACO UPF-7, and L-39C/ZA. Our statics include the F-84E, RF-84F, F-105D, F-111, T-33, EA-6B. During the Spring and Summer months aircraft are regularly flown locally and displayed for the public.
