American Legion South Bay, Post 184

The American Legion Post 184 serves the costal communities of the Los Angeles South Bay area. Veterans of El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, the cities of the Palos Verdes Penninsula and other area communities have been members since our inception in 1920.

Our Post consists of the American Legion Post 184, Post 184 Womans Auxillary & Squadron 184 of the Sons of America Legion- [SALs]. Our combined membership is currently over 400 veterans and growing.

Veterans of WW2, Korean War, Vietnam, Lebanon-Grenada,Panama and the Persian Gulf Wars comprise the membership in our Post.

Our Post was Chartered in 1920. Seven years later, on November 9th, 1927, moved to a member constructed Hall and facilities at. 412 Camino Real, Redondo Beach.
