Outside food and drink are not permitted (water bottles are allowed)
Coolers, drinks, glass containers and toys are not permitted
SMOKING AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE POOL AREA
Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper and plastic pants
Approved swimming suit is required. (NO CUT-OFFS, metal buttons, zippers, thongs, etc.)
Only Coast Guard approved flotation devices may be worn. Plastic rings and rafts are not permitted. (flotation devices like puddle jumpers are permitted, no plastic floaties are allowed)
Fins are not permitted.
Guests with open cuts, abrasions, or sores are not permitted to enter the water.
Pets are not permitted.
Spitting and blowing the nose in the pool are not permitted.
All patrons are asked to shower before entering the pool or lazy river.
Deck furniture must remain at least 3 feet from the pool edge.
Admission is based on park capacity as established by the Fire Marshal and Health Dept.
Lifeguards have the authority to prohibit any behavior or activity that poses a risk of injury or incident.
Running, pushing, and horseplay are not permitted.
Anyone wishing to ride the 2 slides must be at least 48 inches tall.
Any children, ages 16 and under, MUST be accompanied by a caretaker 17 years of age or older.
Parents/guardians that drop off their children must make proper arrangements to pick up their children by the close of the facility. Park staff will not be responsible for watching children after the pool closes.
Videotaping at the facility shall only be conducted with written consent of the City.
Loud, inappropriate and vulgar music or language will not be permitted. Expulsion from the pool and loss of pool privileges is possible.

POOL CLOSURES
In the event of health or safety concern, the pool may close from on hour, up to 48 hours depending upon the severity, in order to properly address the concern.
In the event of a thunderstorm or other weather related event, the pool will close and no refunds will be issued. The pool will reopen as soon as safely possible. In the event the facility is closed for inclement weather, all patrons are required to leave the premises and/or make arrangements for transportation.
There will not be information on the website in regard to fecal or weather related closures.

APPROPRIATE ATTIRE
Swimsuits and swim shorts are the only acceptable swimming attire. (NO CUT-OFFS, metal buttons, zippers, thongs, etc.)
Any apparel judged to be offensive to the general public must be immediately corrected.
Swim diapers and vinyl pants are required for children who are not potty trained.
