The AMAC offers award winning after school martial arts martial programs for kids ages 3-16 years old. These fun, age appropriate classes teach Stranger Danger, Drug avoidance, Bully proofing, Goal setting, Confidence, Discipline and Respect all while learning practical self defense!
The AMAC also has programs for adults. Those interested in a streetwise self defense type class should check out our JKD Tactical Urban Combat Class which uses Bruce Lees JKD CONCEPTS as well as stick and knife fighting as taught in Filipino Kali and Eskrima! We offer two separate kickboxing programs for adults. The Kickboxing Boot camp class is a fat burning non contact cardio type of class using kickboxing as well as conditioning drills with equipment that will challenge students while they get in shape in a safe environment. Our Muay Thai class is taught as it is in Thailand! This full contact class is perfect for anybody that wants to learn about striking or for competitive kick boxers or MMA fighters that need to polish up their striking ability. Muay Thai is also known as the science of the 8 limbs for its use of punches, kicking, knees and elbow techniques is still considered the most feared of all the ring sports! The AMAC GYM also offers private lessons for celebrities, pro athletes, police and military personnel that don't want to be in a group class.
