The incredible view from the porch is that of the distant mountains around Mt. Pisgah, the Blue Ridge Parkway winding across the ridgeline, and the uninhabited Pisgah National Forest. Watching the sunrise in the morning from the front porch, with the smoky fog lingering in the lower valley, guests get the sense that they are "Among the Clouds". It is truly a amazing way to begin the day.

The cabin is located in Candler, NC off Hwy 151, a road that winds it's way up and connects to the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is conveniently located seven miles from Smoky Park Hwy, which is developed with all the needs a cabin guest may need.

Downtown Asheville, with endless dining, shopping, and entertainment is only 20 minutes away.

Among the Clouds Cabin is reached after driving through a forest of rhododendron and up the steep mountain. There is a large front porch with rocking chairs and a six person hot tub to relax in and soak up the view. There is a fire pit, picnic table, and a charcoal grill located just off the porch.

Among the Clouds Cabin is fully furnished with all modern appliances, including washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, all bed linens and towels are provided.
