Sourced from women vested farms and co-ops worldwide, Ampersand Coffee is roasted and hand-packaged in Boulder, Colorado. We are dedicating our work to social change by empowering female workers in coffee producing countries. While women are the primary pickers on most coffee farms, we have dedicated time and resources to sourcing farms that have women in decision-making positions. Ampersand Coffee Roasters recognizes the importance of strengthening women both financially and socially throughout the world.
