Ampt Guild

During the summer of 2015, founding members of the Sonora, CA band, Sexy Zombie, decided that giving back to the community was important to help foster and nurture the growth of music in the area for kids, teens, and adults. With this in mind, the idea for the Ampt Guild came to pass: an association where music can grow and prosper. The center of this idea is a rock school, which includes one-on-one, group, and workshop lessons. A basic recording studio and rehearsal space is available at budget prices for area musicians, as well as outreach programs to our area schools to bring an instrument rental program to the area. We want everyone who wants to learn to be included, and we are excited to provide a truly community centered hub for music.
