Hello Friend...

I know we don't really know each other, but in this big world I would love this to be a place we can connect in a small way. My true hope is that this blog can be a place of encouragement, practical tips, inspiration for your faith (wherever you are in that journey), and most of all somewhere you visit and leave feeling a like there is someone who gets you--because I am there too.

I am a mom of three teenagers, a wife to a great man of 23 years, and a neighbor who runs forgotten lunches out the front door to her kids in her gray bathrobe and crazy morning hair. I fail, I struggle, I make mistakes...I am totally normal and totally weird (ask my kids). But I know what I want--I want to be the best version of who God created me to be each and every day.

I am also a designer and painter (not the Picasso kind) and I am excited to share with you the tips and tricks I have learned along the way for creating beautiful spaces in your home.
