Let me give you a little background first.
I have lost over 160 pounds with nutrition and exercise.
I always had this feeling that once I hit my goal weight something magical
would happen. No more worries about being overweight, would have this perfect
body, never have to worry about what size clothes to buy, and I would just plain
be smoking hot for once. Hello, reality check! Lost the weight and that is
when it really hit me. I am still Amy! Nuts, just still plain old Amy!
Great I still have big legs, butt, and boobs! Now everything is just sagging
this is just great! Now I know there is really no perfect person and I am okay
with it. But now I can actually exercise, eat healthy foods and love what I am
doing. I have my dream job I get to help people meet their goals.
