Every Wednesday:
Buddha Yoga, located in the Adobe Plaza in Ruidoso, 10 am
Capitan Senior Center, 1 pm

Every Thursday:
Capitan Senior Center, 9:30 am


Classes include easy level yoga poses primarily done from a chair with some standing poses also. Chair yoga is beneficial and accessable to anyone at any level, from those looking for quality stretching to those who have limited mobility. Increase your flexibility and strength: treat yourself to relaxing deep stretches! Classes taught by Sumi, a certified RYT200 yoga teacher.
