Anav Tribal Health Clinic is owned and operated by the Quartz Valley Indian Reservation. Anav is located on the Quartz Valley Indian Reservation and delivers affordable medical, dental and behavioral health services to the general public. Anav is dedicated to providing high quality culturally appropriate health services to the Quartz Valley community. The Quartz Valley community includes tribal members and many non-tribally enrolled community members. Through the collaboration of experienced caregivers, Anav strives to improve the quality of life for our entire community!
