I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and families. For over 16 years I have helped people, inpatient, outpatient, incarcerated, and with substance abuse difficulties. I have experience working with those who have mood disorders, marital conflict, addiction, parenting and major life adjustment situations such as divorce, unemployment, and major health changes. I enjoy working from a family systems perspective to aid people in understanding how their experiences growing up in their family of origin tend to influence how they function in other relationships throughout their lives. In turn I use a variety of counseling resources to aid in their desire to heal, grow or change.
