Each class will be 45 minutes! Do not be late! We will be doing functional/circuit training! We use dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and whatever we can find to make this workout a blast! All you need to bring is a towel and water! Please RSVP to the events if you plan on attending. This will give us a better idea how to setup!

The pricing is as follows:

Pay as you go: $10 per session

Unlimited Monthly: $75 (plus tax)

Family Membership: $125 (plus tax)
