At Anchor life + fitness, our initial focus is to get you moving correctly. During the initial consultation, we will evaluate how you move, using the Functional Movement Screen. This will allow us to identify mobility or stability issues in the body, and create a customized program to get you moving properly. Next, our coaches will develop a program to improve your strength and conditioning using a variety of tools including kettle bells, barbells, TRX, sleds, ropes and others to help you reach your goals. Anchor life + fitness is available for one-on-one training or small group classes.
