Located in Annapolis, MD, Anchored Hope Therapy, LLC provides treatment to individuals, families and couples. We believe that life can be stressful and finding time to attend to our own needs can be difficult. Meeting and connecting with a therapist can be an opportunity to safely and without judgment attend to those needs. A therapist can help you cope with life’s complexities and manage the impact of experiencing stress and trauma. Our mission is to empower individuals to identify their core strengths and make the changes they desire, by keeping strength in HOPE.

There are a variety of treatment modalities available to you; however, those that are supported by research have better therapeutic outcomes. At Anchored Hope Therapy, we believe it is important to utilize evidence-based and evidence supported treatment in the therapeutic process. We are among a small group in Maryland who are Nationally Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapists. In addition, we are trained in a number of other evidence supported treatment approaches.
