All of our spacious homes feature light and bright living spaces, fully equipped kitchens, large bedrooms, and private patios and balconies so you can come home to the ultimate in comfort. We also have washer/dryers, short-term leases for your convenience. For your recreational enjoyment Andover at Crabree offers the best in neighborhood amenities including two swimming pools with lake views, deck and gazebo, and clothes care center. A variety of social activities are also coordinated in the clubhouse.

Pet Policy
Dogs and Cats welcome. Limit two per home. $300 non-refundable fee for one pet, $400 for two. $15 per month pet rent (per pet). Some breed restrictions.

I-440 Beltline, take US 70 West to Pleasant Valley Road. Turn right on Pleasant Valley and Marchester on Millbrook is 0.25 mile on your left.
