Andrew joined Silverleaf Realty and partnered with Deborah Beardsley in 2010 and the pair have been directly involved in over $450 million in closed transactions, including resale/build-to-suit/spec homes and resale/developer homesite sales. Highlights include the highest priced home sale ever in Silverleaf ($11,110,000), the two highest priced home sales in Scottsdale in 2015 ($7,500,000 and $7,200,000), the highest priced home sale in Arizona in 2011 ($6,200,000) and the highest priced homesite sales in Silverleaf in 2014 ($2,739,000), 2015 ($2,800,000) and 2016 ($3,850,000).
With sales of $72 million in 2015 and $89 million in 2016, Deborah was recently named The Phoenix Business Journal’s #1 Residential Real Estate Agent as ranked by total dollar volume.
Prior to joining Silverleaf Realty, Andrew worked as a commercial mortgage banker with the Phoenix office of Johnson Capital. Specializing in retail, office, industrial and multifamily financing, Andrew worked directly on a large number of closed loans that successfully funded over $500 million.
