I am a Cyberspace and Technology Attorney in Dayton, Ohio. I assist my clients in cases where they find themselves victims of crimes being committed through the internet such as social media platforms or through the use of technology.

This incorporates cyber-bullying, hacking, cyberstalking, cyber-harassment, phishing, and any other form of social engineering.

My goal is to bring the law and technology closer to you. In addition to my practice, I also am a blogger and contributor for The Huffington Post and The Advocatus, where I publish a series of articles on a daily basis on the hottest legal issues involving technology and consumers such as data privacy breaches and criminal liability.

I work with cyberspace attorneys across the country as well as staying heavily involved with the media such as Fox, ABC, and NBC to help keep consumers aware of the latest dangers lingering in cyberspace.

I also practice Criminal Defense, Intellectual Property Law, and Entertainment Law.

I am a Dallas native and am a die hard Dallas sports fan! I attended The University of Dayton School of Law; received my bachelor's from Hofstra University in Long Island, NY; and traveled to 12 countries on the Semester At Sea program.
