Anju studio offers a friendly atmosphere to practice pilates. Upon walking into our studio, you will immediately realize the Japanese- zen like aura that we feel is most beneficial to making our clients feel at peace. Our pilates classes focus on developing core strength, flexibility, improved postural alignment and an overall sense of well being; they usually consist of 6-8 people. Effective results can be reached at all fitness levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). Our pilates instructors have all been educated by Stott Pilates and strive to improve one's general wellness.
