For over a century, Antique Bakery was an essential thread in the Hoboken fabric, with its 30-ton coal oven that dished out baked goods each day to Hoboken residents, including Frank Sinatra himself. This year, Chef Paul is bringing a fresh face to now Antique Bar & Bakery. Hoping to preserve the integrity of the restaurant and his community, he’s keeping the coal fire burning and filling the space with mementos of Hoboken history and pride. This, along with the new bar serving refreshing craft cocktails and the innovative dinner menu, makes Antique a breath of fresh, creative air for the Hoboken restaurant scene.
