AOC Community Media

For the past nearly 30 years, AOC primarily served as Acadiana’s public access television station and was known to the community as Acadiana Open Channel. Now, AOC Community Media has evolved into a true media center focused on building informed and engaged community through media, technology and education.

We’re focused on digital communications and our reach goes far beyond our television stations. AOC Community Media is a vital part of Acadiana’s infrastructure serving its residents, local government, schools and nonprofits on a daily basis.

AOC Community Media supports the First Amendment, which is a fundamental element of a functioning democracy. Whether through television, radio, or the Internet, AOC seeks to always preserve our community’s ability to express its opinions and creativity.
