Apache's Carnes al Carbon

This is the a very small but unique Mexican restaurant in the heart of Huntington Park, California! We specialize in carne de al carbon meat, which basically means tender meat over the grill. In the menu you can find tacos de carne al carbon, chorizo and chicharron. Burritos, tortas, homemade sopes. The specialty of the house Caldo de Res made fresh everyday, frijoles de la holla homemade, Orden de Pescado, Orden de Carne al Carbon (steak and salad with beans). For drinks we have fresh made aguas frescas from Horchata, Jamaica, Tamarindo and our famous Apache drink which is a mix of Horchata and Jamaica more like a fresh fruit punch! The place is very small and can sit about 10 to 12 persons, but we are known to make the orders quick and fresh at all times!
