Crittenden Way Apartments was constructed in the 1960's and has been growing ever since. We believe that your apartment should be more than just a place to sleep, it should be a place you can enjoy living! We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, complete with laundry services in each building. We include heat and hot water costs within your monthly rent rate, plus access to an outdoor pool, tennis court, fitness center, and 24 hour on-call emergency maintenance. Not only are we located close to MCC, RIT and the University of Rochester, we are also conveniently located on the RTS busline.

Customer service is a main priority here at Crittenden Way and we take pride in our professional, friendly staff. There is no need to try to schedule an appointment into your busy schedule, as we offer walk in services for new and existing tenants alike. We always have someone available during office hours to show you our models, explain the application process, and answer any questions you may have.
