APM is a Latino-based health, human services, community and economic development non-profit organization serving the Philadelphia area. Our mission is to help families achieve their greatest potential.

Our mission and vision are as multifaceted and diverse as the people we serve. Through a comprehensive array of life-improving social services, we quickly assess and institute meaningful remedies for societal problems prevalent in today's world. We create job opportunities, aid people with debilitating illnesses, revitalize neighborhoods, and support families and individuals with our caring and compassion.
