Appalachian Clinic is a pediatric & adult clinic serving Hazard and surrounding areas. The providers at this office are pediatrician- Ugonma H. Okparaocha, MD. "Dr. Ugo" & Janie Combs, APRN-NP. We provide care to all age groups in a friendly environment with helpful & caring staff. Walk-ins and new patients are always welcome. We look forward to seeing you!
