Appalachian Global Service Corps

The Appalachian Global Service Corps is an organization dedicated to empowering Appalachian youth to be servant leaders through international global service projects and leadership training.

Due to their zip code and economic background, student in Appalachia will need to do even more to access educational and employment opportunities. It is essential for the future of Appalachia that we provide opportunities that will develop our strong, smart, kind students into the amazing leaders they were born to be.

After taking part in one of our trips, students return to the region with the experiences to make them eligible for premiere scholarship opportunities. Students will bring back the skills they’ve built abroad and use them to shape a brighter future for their home. Supporting Appalachian youth is an investment in their futures, and an investment in the future of Appalachia.
