Appleberry Cove Farm

We began our farming and home schooling adventure in 1995 here in the northwestern mountains of Madison County. Over the past 20 + years we have raised quite a variety of animals: several different breeds of meat & dairy goats, angora goats, llamas, turkeys, chickens, ducks, geese, peafowl, rabbits(angora & velveteen), livestock guardian dogs, a variety of pets; as well as, our three daughters. We have gardened veggies and fruits of all kinds and learned how to homestead our land. Although we have downsized farm operations we do still make some of our products available at several local tailgate markets(pre-order/pick up): Weaverville and Mars Hill; as well as, many local festivals, holiday markets, and special events (April-December).
