Appraisal Works

Utilizing our experience in the equipment industry, we offer USPAP compliant appraisals of construction, agriculture, transportation, and material handling equipment. We are certified by the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and also have an ASA Certified Accredited Senior Appraiser on staff.

Kevin Lancaster has over 15 years experience in buying, selling, and appraising construction and agricultural equipment. This experience includes: used equipment manager at a large Komatsu dealership, rental fleet manager for a large Caterpillar dealer, and owner of Global Construction Equipment. Kevin is also a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA).

The Certified Appraisers Guild of America confers the professional membership designation, CAGA, to recognize the completion of the appraiser's certification education. Each member is required to attend professional training and pass a comprehensive exam before becoming certified. Members also make a commitment to the Certified Appraisers Guild's Code of Professional Ethics.
