Aptos is a Latin word meaning to adjust, adapt, or prepare. We felt this reflected the goals we have for our patients. Dr. Dave not only wants to adjust you when you are in pain and help you feel better; he also wants to help you find what is causing the issue and teach you how to adapt and change your habits to help you better thrive in your environment. He wants to help you prepare to face all life's challenges by providing information to help improve how you eat, move, think, and sleep.
