More about Arboretum Lawn & Landscape 972.904.3472 Pete Cormican

We hire nothing less than quality, hardworking Americans.

Our Superior Lawn Care Services are for and include...St. Augustine, Bermuda, Rye, Fescue & Zoysia lawns care. We manicured the lawn with a weed reduction cut, sidewalk edged, front back & alley way, bed borders & fence line weed eating, Then ALL airblast clean, includes porch & patio.

We also offer a scalp, bag & leaf removal clean up service. It is additional.

We highly, highly recommend for the absolute healthiest yards, to manicure and cut your lawn every 10 days to 2 weeks as needed. Having company for the weekend? We can cut it sooner.
every 7 days is very stressful on the grass system. Cutting more frequently also encourages/promotes exponential weed growth.

All dog poo must be removed. It is a bio hazard and would not want to transfer bacteria from other yards, to possibly affect our fur babies. Thank you for cooperating & understanding.

Air Conditioner Base leveling:
If your air conditioner is not level, you are torturing and shortening the life of your unit/machine.

Fence Post Repair, Replacement and education:
Fence post repair, replacement or anything requiring cement, truly takes 2 days to complete. Do not be swayed otherwise.
Once cement has been poured and set into place, it can not and should not be touched, rocked or have any type of weight added to it for at least 24-36 hours once it has been poured. It needs this time to strengthen and set until the fence can be placed back on it the next day.

We are very handy, and conduct small handyman type services. Just ask. 972.904.3472 Pete
