Aria School of Music & Art, A 501c3 Non Profit Corporation

At Aria our teachers love what they do. They develop lessons that meet the unique needs of each student. Private lessons are available on guitar, piano, voice, violin, viola, cello, bass, electric bass, mandolin, banjo and ukulele, including baritone ukulele.

We offer group lessons on ukulele, using the James Hill "Ukulele in the Classroom" method:
On Saturdays the Advanced class meets from 9:00-10:00, and the Intermediate class meets from 10:30-11:30.

We do a Beginners class each semester in partnership with the Truckee Meadows Community College. That class is on Tuesday from 6:00-7:30. The next session begins on January 31.

The Reno Ukulele Group meets every Wed. from 6:30-8:00. Tthis is our strum and sing group, and we perform at Assisted Lliving homes, schools, and Artown.

When you come to Aria you'll enjoy a positive environment where learning is a joy. Our teachers volunteer their time to help other organizations with fundraising, and developed a guitar duo called Aria 51 and a ukulele group called Ukelear Fusion to play in both schools and community.

The school is proud to be a part of the Artown community, participate in the Reno Ukulele Festival, and is a member of ASCAP.
