Arkana Sun Botanica

Arkana Sun Botanica was born out my garden and the Trinity mountains around me. Growing medicinal and culinary herbs, making herbal infused oils, creating healing balms and salves, growing and distilling essential oils of Lavender, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Clary sage. Blending herbal teas, making tinctures, herbal bitters, aromatherapy spritzers, cold care blends. My passion is to teach herbal wisdom and kitchen garden medicine, to inspire and empower people to take care of their own health. I offer week long herbal internships and weekend distillation and wild crafting classes in the spring and summer. I offer individual woman's retreat on our property in Hyampom. I can design a personal "wellness program" that may include therapeutic body work, dietary counseling including cooking using fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden. I can create a personal herbal or essential oil blend for body, mind and spirit. In the mornings I like to offer simple yoga stretches or Qi Gong flows. The retreat can also be a quite meditate retreat on your own time and rhythm.
