Arkansas River Valley Cherokee Church Outreach

ARVCC exists to help individuals or families by giving them groceries, clothing, and household items we have on hand. We typically give groceries on Thursdays from 9-11am, first come, first served. Usually the last Saturday of each month from 1-3pm we are open for anyone needing clothing and household items. By appointment we provide clothing, etc. for families who have lost their homes to fires. Please call Jim at 479-747-7406 or Diane at 479-857-2617 to request help and make meeting arrangements. These dates and times are subject to change due to holidays, illness, or inclement weather.

All clothing, household and food items are completely free. Anyone can participate; there are no income requirements. We ask that you take only what is needed for your immediate household.

ARVCC is a non-profit organization run by Jim and Diane Davis. They currently assist over 350 families per month and invite financial support of willing sponsors in order to serve the community even better. Monetary donations would be greatly appreciated and would help cover utility bills and to purchase needed items that have not been donated. Funds would also be used for gas and travel expenses for the weekly trips to Russellville, Conway, Little Rock, etc. to transport the donated items to be given away. All helpers with ARVCC are purely volunteer; 100% of monetary donations are used to help needy families. All donations are tax-deductible.
