This is a casual, fun, and dynamic self defense training program. We focus on techniques from multiple martial arts that are the simplest to deploy and have the highest success rate. Students are encouraged to decide which tactics work best for them and create a personalized crisis response. In addition to moves and mobility, we incorporate mental preparation, awareness training, and scenario drills. We strive to make the program accessible and beneficial to all regardless of age, fitness, or experience. No ranks, no egos.
