Armor Coat™ is a metallic ceramic coating process that can withstand actual metal temperatures over 1300 Degrees F. Through it's Thermal Barrier properties, armor coating keeps the heat inside the exhaust system so it does not radiate through the pipe walls. Not only does the near chrome, cast gray, flat black, or black finish look terrific, it will also lower your under hood temperature and increase your horse power. Armor coating™ has terrific corrosion and chip resistance and our near chrome finish will not turn blue, black, or gold as chrome plated header do.
