ATSC, located at Fort Eustis, VA, now called Joint Base Langley-Eustis, is a dynamic organization with a vast and varied mission. As a subordinate organization to the Combined Arms Center (CAC) at Fort Leavenworth, KS, the organization is responsible for managing the Army Training Support Enterprise (TSE), providing oversight for many programs that enable the development, delivery, and sustainment of training and education (T&E) support capabilities worldwide.

With a population of more than 400 soldiers, civilians and contractors, ATSC works closely with our many partners, stakeholders, and customer to ensure the Army has the T&E support capabilities it need to accomplish its mission.

Integrating training support / enablers from requirements to resources

Ensuring TL&E Science and Technology efforts and initiatives in support of the Army
Learning Model and ARCIC S&T are fully addressed

Looking across the Army for TADSS inventorying, movement, & shortfalls

Ensuring training strategies accompany new equipment fielding

Linking stove-piped Army Training Information Systems to talk to each other and share data

Establishing a TRADOC-wide view of staff and faculty development

Managing training land, prioritizing range projects, identifying ammunition requirements

Increasing the discoverability, accessibility, functionality, trackability, and agility of DL content across TRADOC and the Army

Synchronizing and integrating TRADOC training and education mobile learning initiatives

Providing high quality conference and graphics/video support to TRADOC leadership and proponent schools
